Lifelong learning concept, important in everyone’s life, becomes fundamental for those who work in IT industry. For this reason, in each specialist area and at any level of expertise of our company, from junior to senior, we allocate at least a fifth of our working time to learning and to professional growth. Courses are very specific and concern both hard skills and soft skills.

During the whole year, through weekly courses on a trimestral base, we set up training path able to fully develop qualified, certified, and professional updated resources. We do it because we have to, of course, but also, we do it because we love it. We are, proudly, technicians. And technology, in our sector, is a know-how in continuous transformation.

F.T.P.’s Ac@demy is not only dedicated to our internal staff. Thanks to a close collaboration with Universities and Training institutions, we manage courses, workshops and internships tailored to enterprises, students and, sometimes teachers new training needs. Starting from issues we consider particularly important we build training paths: for instance, lack of representativeness of women in IT; Cyber Security awareness; Internet of Things, which relates to an important project involving Siemens and the University of Verona.
